Short term and extended stay accommodations. Can be rented by the month for your business needs. (Not for annual residential rent unless arranged with management)

POLICIES:

Quiet hours : Please be respectful of the neighbors’ and keep noise levels /activity to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am.
Housekeeping: Call for clean linens (for short term stay only). Cleaning services not offered during stay.
Damage: Accidents do happen but please notify us immediately. Damage may be minimized when attended to promptly. Damage, especially concealed or unreported, will be charged at the cost of repair/replacement. If damage results in a loss of income due to the inability to rent out the room, the loss of income may be assessed to the individual responsible for the damage.
Property Issues: Our staff is on call and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our phone numbers are on cards left for you in your room.
Lost and Found: If you left something behind, please contact us immediately. We keep all found or forgotten items in a secure area for 30 days.
In case of emergency, please call 911. Cuba Memorial Hospital on upper West Main Street has an Urgent Care for basic needs. Olean General Hospital (approximately 20 minutes) has an Emergency Room.
