Whether traveling for business or pleasure, our newly renovated efficiency rentals on the 2nd & 3rd floors are ideal for everyday travelers and professionals alike. Situated in the historic small town of Cuba, NY, our rentals are within walking distance to local parks, antique shops, gift shops, a grocery store, local doctors’ offices, the historic Palmer Opera House, and even The Cuba Garlic Festival.
We offer both short term suite rentals and extended stay accommodations that can be rented by the month to suit your business needs. (Note: No annual residential rentals unless approved by management.)
Rates are as follows:
$155/night + taxes & fees
$130/night + taxes & fees for multiple rooms
Weekend special for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday with Monday check-out) is $400.
Book a full week for $895.
Our monthly rate is $1040, with restrictions applying.
Please be aware that guests must be able to walk up several flights of stairs to access the 2nd & 3rd floors.
Parking is available nearby.

Room 1 (2nd floor) accommodates up to 5 people (1 queen room & 1 Full/Twin bunk bed).
Room 3 (3rd floor) accommodates up to 4 people (1 queen room & 1 queen Murphy bed).
Room 4 (3rd floor) accommodates up to 5 people (1 queen room & 1 Full/Twin bunk bed).
**Policies:**
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM; please keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.
Housekeeping is available upon request for clean linens (for short term stays only); cleaning services are not offered during your stay.
Please report any damage immediately. Damage incurred, especially if concealed or unreported, will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement. If damage leads to loss of income due to room unavailability, that may also be charged to the responsible party.
Our staff is available 24/7 for any property issues; our contact information is provided in each room.
In case you leave something behind, contact us right away. We store all found or forgotten items securely for 30 days.
For emergencies, please call 911. Cuba Memorial Hospital, located on upper West Main Street, offers an urgent care for basic needs, while Olean General Hospital (approximately 20 minutes away) has an emergency room.
Please note: No pets allowed, no smoking on the premises, and children must be supervised at all times.
The owner/landlord is not responsible for any personal articles that are damaged, lost, or stolen. Furthermore, the owner/landlord shall not be liable for personal injuries that occur during your stay.
